Over twenty years of Civil, Legal, Corporate and Criminal litigation and Administrative experience: including:
Regional litigation Counsel for Major Fortune 500 Beverage Company
- successful representation increased northeast market share by 300% in mid ‘90’s
Corporate Counsel for Squires Travel Services Inc. of Philadelphia
- successful representation of merger with 18 other travel agencies allowed formation of a new company
called Around the World Travel which became the largest travel agency in the US in 2001
Appointed lead trial attorney in the case of Mascaro v. Youth Study Center et al which briefly punctured governmental immunity for premises liability in Pennsylvania and ultimately led to changes in the law in succeeding cases
Tried cases on behalf of 7 alleged crime syndicate family members involving RICO charges with my client being found not guilty of same after a 13 month trial
Won litigation for a beverage company resulting in potentially millions of dollars in profit, by successfully defending a case reversing a covenant not to compete clause concerning salesmen contracted by the company to infiltrate the NewJersey/Pennsylvania market. As a result of the aforementioned case I handled legal affairs as Northern attorney for Royal Crown Cola and subsidiaries including acquisitions, contract and replevin litigation for approximately a 10 year period until the company was sold
Over 20 years of experience in contract negotiations and/or litigation involving business representation and development, real estate transactions, non-compete agreements, employment buy-out agreements, stockholder agreements, medical malpractice and labor relation cases
Negotiated and litigated over 200 cases to settlement or verdict involving all areas of commercial, civil, and criminal matters with over 75% success rate and over 25 million in compensation in issue
Won major jury acquittals in criminal cases for murder, arson, and racketeering in the ’90’s prior to providing supervisory security work, recommendations and advice to Wackenhut Corpoation ,now under the umbrella of G4S Secure Solutions USA - the largest security firm in the world - from 2001 to present.
